Vantage Lilydale Sales Centre Grand Opening – Wednesday 24 July
Hopeful home buyers will soon be able to get a glimpse of resort-style living with AVID Property Group (AVID) to unveil the vision for its new community, Vantage Lilydale, at the grand opening of its Sales and Information Centre this Wednesday 24 July 2024.
Set to offer a fresh, clever approach to homeownership for over 55s, the 300-home land lease community will feature a range of resort-style amenities including a private community clubhouse, pool, gym, tennis and pickleball courts, bowling green and yoga lawn.
AVID General Manager Land Lease Communities Manuel Lang said the opening of the centre was a significant milestone for the development and marked the first opportunity for AVID to publicly showcase its masterplan for the community.
“We have designed the space to create an environment that is reflective of Lilydale’s lifestyle where visitors will be able to experience first-hand the welcoming community AVID is creating in this idyllic coastal location,” Mr Lang said.
“With a series of active and relaxation spaces throughout, the precinct will be a one-stop shop where visitors can not only find information about the homes on offer and the land lease model, but also experience the atmosphere and lifestyle Lilydale has to offer.”
With enquiry rates already experiencing high demand, interested home buyers will have the opportunity to be waitlisted for one of 11 initial homes in the first stage of the community at the event.
